Vacancy Short Description : We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Finance team and work for an award winning family business.
Our Accounts department works closely with every department across the Group to ensure we exceed each and every customer’s expectations.

 

Qualifications Required : GCSE Maths & English at A - C / 9 - 4 Grades or equivalent
Vacancy Full Description : The ideal candidate will have good communication and organisational skills, be computer literate and have good attention to detail.
Key Tasks include:
• Maintain an accurate filing system
• Daily and weekly reporting
• Assist with the daily processing of receipts and payments
• Assist with compiling supporting documentation for payment requests to be made via online banking or cheque
• Liaise with Sales and Aftersales departments across the group to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions

Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Monday to Friday 40 hours - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary : £156.00 Per Week

Personal Qualities : Ability to work with a team in busy office environment.

Skills Required : Maths and English as well as good knowledge of Microsoft programmes

Training to be Provided : Business Administrator Level 3 qualification including Functional Skills in Maths and English if required
Other Information : Pay Rates: The current NMW rate for Apprentices is £3.90 per hour with effect from 1st April 2019. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent in training. Apprentices need to be employed for a minimum of 30 hours per week in the industry with a contract of employment
